Hi! I'm Vitto Christaldi!

After studying in the Netherlands, I landed my first full-time role at Hubud, Bali’s first and most iconic coworking space. The space welcomed over 6,500 members from 80+ countries and was featured in Lonely Planet, The Guardian, and Wired.

At Hubud, I organized 1,500+ events featuring prize-winning authors, unicorn startup founders, filmmakers, and even North Korean defectors. I became the go-to person for a vibrant community of 150 active members and 2,500 online members, while growing the space’s Instagram following from 0 to 8,500.

During my time there, I also led the Coworking Alliance of Asia Pacific (CAAP), an initiative created by Hubud’s founders to unify, support, and promote collaboration across coworking spaces in the region. I connected over 20 spaces and helped organize the annual Coworking Unconference Asia (CU Asia), hosting events in Chiang Mai (Thailand), Penang (Malaysia), and Goa (India).

This work led me to be selected for several international programs, including:

In late 2019, I joined Dojo Bali as Community Manager until the start of the pandemic. Since then, I’ve worked as a freelance consultant in community strategy, content marketing, social media, and project management for clients across the United States, the UK, Italy, Singapore, the UAE, Moldova, and Indonesia.

Some of the organizations I’ve supported include:

BWork Bali, Tribal Bali, Mowgli Digital, Nuanu Education, Coworking Indonesia, GMV Medical, Running Remote Conference, and the Japan Digital Nomad Association (JDNA).

I’ve also developed module guides on community mindset for businesses, and delivered workshops and training sessions for organizations such as Colive Fukuoka, CoHive Indonesia, and Pertamina UMK.
