Hi! I'm Vitto Christaldi!
After studying in the Netherlands, I landed my first full-time job at Bali's first and most famous coworking space, Hubud. The iconic space drew over 6,500 members from 80 countries and was featured in Lonely Planet, The Guardian, and Wired.
While there I organized over 1500 events featuring the likes of prize-winning authors, unicorn startup founders, filmmakers, and North Korean defectors. I became the community's go-to person for 150 active members in the space and 2,500 online community members while leading the Coworking Alliance of Asia Pacific (CAAP), an alliance created by Hubud founders to unify, support, and promote collaborative coworking across the region. I connected more than 20 spaces in the Asia Pacific region and organized the annual Coworking Unconference Asia (CU Asia).
My work with Hubud has got me selected to take part in the United States Department of State's IVLP Startup Incubation Program in Washington DC, Boston, and Tulsa, and also the Australia Awards for Tech Startup Scale Up program in Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane.
In late 2019, I briefly joined the Dojo Bali Coworking Space as a Community Manager until the start of the pandemic. Since then, I have worked as a freelance consultant in community management and coworking space operations, as well as social media, and content marketing, and project manager for companies from the United States, Moldova, the UK, Singapore, and Indonesia. Some of my previous clients were Zeroqode, Coworking Indonesia, CoHive, Running Remote Conference, and Nuanu Education.
Currently, I'm assisting BWork Coworking Space in Bali in community management, events, and programs, as well as working as a social media and project manager for Mowgli, a remote digital marketing agency. I also provide mentorship to coworking space and hospitality business operators in Japan through the Japan Digital Nomad Association (JDNA).
